IMPLANTOLOGY

When one or more teeth are missing, a Dental Implant can replace the natural tooth root and support a crown, bridge or fixed prosthesis. Whether an implant is appropriate always depends on bone volume, gum health and the patient’s overall clinical situation.

A Toronto Bridge can make it possible to restore an entire dental arch with fixed teeth supported by 4 or 6 implants. This solution should be evaluated carefully, especially when many teeth are missing or a removable denture is no longer stable.

Failed Implant

Replacing a failed dental implant is one of the most complex procedures in Dentistry. Before intervening, it is important to understand why the implant failed.
Our Approach
Our Solution In the case of implant failure, we perform a thorough clinical and radiological assessment to identify the cause of the problem. If necessary, we remove the implant, treat the infection, regenerate the bone and plan a new implant only when the conditions are more favorable. Every step is evaluated according to structured clinical protocols.
