With a small incision in the gum we can reach the surface of the tooth’s root and the deepest part of the pocket, where the bacteria are nestled: the infected part is cleaned with precision and the bacterial presence eliminated. At the end of the operation we close the gum with small stitches, to make it adhere perfectly to the surface of the tooth.
